I had a decent stay at this hotel. The rooms were okay, but they didn't match the photos and felt a bit worn. The service was hit or miss; while some staff were friendly, there were moments of neglect. The location was great, right near Mont-Dore with helpful staff. Dining options were fantastic, especially the breakfast on the terrace with stunning mountain views. Overall, it was a fair experience, but I expected a bit more for the price.
